We understand, however, that there might be circumstances where you are not completely satisfied and consider requesting a refund. In such a case, the following refund policy applies:
1. General Conditions for Refunds
Customers can request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase of the service. We strongly recommend our customers evaluate the suitability of our services during this period.
2. Conditions for Service Plans
For our three service plans: “Standard Quality Plan”, “High Quality Plan”, and “Premium Quality Plan”, the following conditions apply:

3-month “Standard Quality Plan”: A full refund will be granted if no service under the plan has been rendered. If any service has been started, the refund amount will be prorated based on the services used.

6-month “High Quality Plan” and 12-month “Premium Quality Plan”: A full refund will be issued if no services under the plan have been initiated. For services partially rendered, the refund will be calculated on a prorated basis. If over 50% of the services have been rendered, no refund will be granted.
3. Non-refundable Services
Please be aware that some services are non-refundable:
- Custom services which involve personal input from the customer.
- Services that have been completed and approved by the customer.
- Monthly subscription fees for ongoing services.
4. Refund Process

5. Refund Method
